My experience with Jim Falk Lexus has and continues to be one of the best, starting with the sales personnel (in my case, it was Michael -- last name unknown) to the service personnel. Arthur has been my service rep since I started buying Lexus in 2007. He has always been very honest with diagnosis and pricing of the service. He respects your time and money. My job entails me driving around a lot from appt to appt. No matter how small the service was he's always been able to provide transportation so my work day is not interrupted. He is one of the top reasons I decided to continue leasing with Lexus. Many times people will say dealer service centers rip you off but Arthur does the best he can with pricing. I even shopped around on a part and he was able to get it about the same. So I might as well go with Arthur because every time I take my car in I get a complimentary car wash to! so really I feel like I'm paying less for the part! I also know that he will make sure everything is done correctly. More

Use Jim Falk for my Lexus service. Eddie is my service rep and he is the best. ALways feel like he treats me fairly and keeps me informed about my repairs. He has demonstrated: 1) Vast knowledge of my vehicle 2) Exemplary Customer Service 3) Prompt follow-up phone calls 4) And an amazingly humble demeanor. I have dealt with other dealership but none can compare to the service I received from Mr. Rostomyan and his team. Eddie takes fantastic care of our two IS models. Whether we need a loaner or shuttle service, we're never inconvenienced when we need to bring our cars in.
