It is not just the convenience factor that makes Jim Falk Lexus my favorite auto service company to work with, though convenience is certainly a factor as they hand me keys to a loaner every time - no fuss. I feel that they try their best to see the problem/service is remedied as soon as they can, they call me with updates, they hand the car back to me sparkly clean and fixed. Lawrence Beerman is a great rep. In his previous life he was a dog breeder and trainer, and not only do I get a better running car, but good tips on a better trained dog! All the guys there are great but I have a soft spot for Lawrence. See him if your Lexus breaks down, or your dog misbehaves! More

I brought my car in because one of the speakers was buzzing. They evaluated the noice and determined it was under warranty.
