I brought my car in because I had a problem with the headlight. Eddie knew immediately what the problem was, and an airbag problem was diagnosed. He is the thin edge of the wedge at the dealership - the only one we come in contact with, so the entire experience is resting on his shoulders - and time and time again his shoulders are more than broad enough, as he makes the entire experience pleasant, friendly, efficient and cost-effective. What impresses me each time is that Arthur is a strong advocate for my position -- settling things quickly and fairly. Like me, some of them drive from areas that have other Lexus dealership nearer to them than Jim Falk Lexus.
