There are several qualities that I look for when choosing a dealership including friendliness, candor, and competence. My car was behaving erratically and I took it to two other dealerships who were unable a dealership including friendliness, candor, and competence. My car was behaving erratically and I took it to two other dealerships who were unable to diagnose the problem telling me "everything was fine." Annoyed and dismayed, I found this dealership whose employees listened to my descriptions of the problem instead of dismissing me. The problem could only be diagnosed after an employee asked for permission to drive my car home with him and back to work. Coming back the next day, the diagnosis was a bad transmission which only acted up after being driven around for more than 40 minutes. From that point on, they had my trust. They exhibit all the characteristics I am looking for in a dealership. And one employee in particular, Arthur Rostomyan, goes out of his way to make sure that I am happy, and any time I need anything I give him a call. More

I have been a customer of Jim Falk Lexus since 2004. I purchased my second Lexus Suv in 2008. Manny Soto provides excellent service. He is attentive and conscientious. This is my 3rd Lexus purchased from Lexus of Beverly Hills and all services are done there and the reason is their total emphasis on customer service and satisfaction , and at a competitive price. I am writing this review today to especially commend your employee Arthur Rostomyan. I purchased my current Lexus at Jim Faulk Lexus, and have taken it there for all of its subsequent scheduled services s employee Arthur Rostomyan. I purchased my current Lexus at Jim Faulk Lexus, and have taken it there for all of its subsequent scheduled services since. Unfortunately, I cannot say that it has all been smooth sailing. In fact, I regret to say that I have been disappointed on more occasions than one, especially relative to the service I received over the prior ten years at my Lexus dealership in Texas. I was taking it to the Beverly Hills, Maple location, where I experienced repeated delays waiting on loaners in the morning (this despite calling in and letting them know precisely when I would be there so that they could have things ready.) Worse, however, were the problems I experienced at pick up. I encountered inordinately long delays waiting for my car to be brought around (as long as forty minutes!) and when the car was delivered, it was repeatedly returned with grease on the interior carpet and leather, and generally sloppy clean up on the exterior. (Just not the kind of thing you expect from Lexus.) Last time, however, they failed to wash it all together, and the car was returned with a broken lug nut as well. In an attempt to give the dealership one last chance, this time I took the car to the S. Robertson location. There I was fortunate to land Arthur as my service rep. The difference was striking. Arthur is a gem to work with! He was attentive, polite, very timely, and when I noticed another broken lug nut at pick-up, he took care of it instantly! He was all around just a pleasure to deal with. While former experiences were unfortunate, this is an employee who deserves kudos for a great attitude and excellent customer service! I hope you will see to it that he is rewarded accordingly. Thank you. More
While driving back from a weekend get-away to Napa Valley in Northern California, the Required Maintenance light came on in my 2008 Lexus RX hybrid. Knowing that I had another 400 miles to travel before ret in Northern California, the Required Maintenance light came on in my 2008 Lexus RX hybrid. Knowing that I had another 400 miles to travel before returning to LA that night and realizing it was a holiday (President's Day) I was a bit concerned I could get in the first thing the following morning. However, I called first thing Monday morning and was able to get in and Arthur was there to greet me, again. This was my second visit to Jim Falk Lexus and having the pleasure of working with Arthur. Arhtur is professional, courteous and great at his job! He makes the ordeal of having your car serviced, pleasureable. He is truly an asset to your company. Sincerely, Rob Banchich More
