Jesse Colon is the man! Pros: Quick, simple, friendly, and polite. Been to here twice for some warranty work and honestly this is the best experience that I've had at ANY dealership not just a Lexus dealership hands down. Jesse went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied and definitely saved me a good chunk of money because I'm pretty certain that I wouldn't have gotten the same treatment if I went to another dealership with my issues. Each time I was at this dealership, I was literally in and out in around 20 minutes or so. All paperwork done and a loaner in hand ready to go outside. I have no complaints what so ever and will probably not go to any other dealership for service besides this one for my vehicle. As with all Lexus dealerships..TV, free wifi plus pastries and drinks which include sodas, juice, a Starbucks coffee dispenser and bottles of water. Cons: It's LA so traffic is always going to be a bit of a pain to get to and from. The dealership is crammed a bit into this small plot of land, but there really isn't anything that anyone can really do about it. Bottom line: I've never had a good impression of Beverly Hills because a lot of the people there aren't very friendly and it feels as if a lot of them look down on others. Lots of snotty and impatient customers at the dealership too which makes me feel sorry for the people working there because they're generally really nice. It's a bit of a pain to make the drive out there, but honestly i'd drive a lot further for the service that they provide. More

Once I brought the car in for this issue of not starting, I also happen to mention about my Enform not working properly. Eddy Chavarria along with Maria Hosgor Insisted that they trouble shoot the Enform after I told him (Eddy) that I do not want to do that right now, I have to go home. He still pushed the issue. I told him, that I just want to leave. He then he tells me to GET OUT, and go to any other dealership in the nation! knowing my car is not working/starting properly. While he is walking away, I had to beg him to just give me a loaner and that YOU wanted to mess with the Enform as I just wanted to drop off my vehicle in the first place. HE, changes his mind and gives me a loaner. after I tell him I have no way of getting home with a disabled car...WORST EXPERIENCE AND HE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON to threaten someone who is in dire straights of being stranded and vulnerable. Michael Heredia stands out for incredible quality of service! He is a gentleman, professional and very knowledgeable, but what makes him stand out in the crowd is that he bends over backwards to help service! I adore him and cant imagine working with anyone else at Lexus. He is a busy guy and yet never makes me feel that I am bothering him--he always takes time out of his busy schedule for me, and I am very grateful. Whenever my husband is ready to upgrade his older Lexus, Michael Heredia is our man-the only salesman we would consider working with. Honestly, he is the very best!! I had turned my car in early on a Monday to Robert Galvez for an oil change and a concern with my vehicle pulling to the right so I got an alignment based on the technicians suggestion. Picked up my car late for an oil change and a concern with my vehicle pulling to the right so I got an alignment based on the technicians suggestion. Picked up my car late Tuesday only to find the alignment was seemingly untouched. Returned my car Wednesday to Jeff Willet the Service Manager and reconfirmed concern with technician and added recommended brake job and found out on my own that I would be needing a brake flush too so I added that. Returned on Friday to pick up my car after being assured and reassured that my vehicle was properly tested and in good condition. On the drive home I quickly realized the vehicle was significantly worse (pulling right and left and steering ratios off now) and my vehicle ran out of gas before I was able to find a local gas station, and now there are two big new scratches on my driver side door. Returned on following Monday to turn my car in again (possibly because of a review online), re-test drove with technician and Service Manager and confirmed new concerns, and Service Manager drove my vehicle recklessly (large intersection was treated like a playground, and almost crashed into another vehicle only avoiding it by braking very harshly over a series of big pot holes). By Wednesday I received a call saying my vehicle was done again, went back in, test drove again with Service Manager only to find problems still evident, however after Service Manager agreed and saw that vehicle was still not up to par, he stated that from an alignment standpoint the numbers are great, and there is nothing more that can be done there at Jim Falk Lexus (Jeff still had the audacity to start speaking about my online review to me, even though coincidentally my review was taken down the day they wanted me to take my car back, and my car was still worse). All the while I had asked if their machines could be out of calibration, could there be another issue, if I paid more money would we be able to diagnose further, I did my best to offer suggestions and pleaded for a good outcome and to just let me know if there is anything I could do at anytime. As for an experience, I believe this would be one of the worst experiences I could think of as a patron, as a Lexus owner or in any capacity, hands down Jim Falk Lexus provided me with the some of the worst service one can experiences in general and some more.
