Poor customer service by a service adviser I recently went for a service on my Lexus and was directed to Danny Park as my service adviser. I have been with Lexus for over 15+ years and have ne I recently went for a service on my Lexus and was directed to Danny Park as my service adviser. I have been with Lexus for over 15+ years and have never received such poor customer service. Danny was unprofessional and extremely unfriendly dealing with a long liable customer, he was very quick throwing me prices on something i clearly had warranty for. He stated at a given time, "i did you a favor for not charging you this time", what does that even mean to a customer that has warranty on their brand new vehicle? He definitely was not a pleasant person to deal with for my service needs, I highly do not recommend him as a service adviser to anyone. More
Home Town Customer Service in the Big City Once again, I left Jim Falk Lexus satisfied and feeling like a treasured customer. Arriving for my first service on my new RX, I had not yet put on my Once again, I left Jim Falk Lexus satisfied and feeling like a treasured customer. Arriving for my first service on my new RX, I had not yet put on my license tags because of my hands being weakened by arthritis. I immediately requested they handle this task and I felt as if my grandson had come to help his granny. The gentleman immediately assured me he would be happy to do it. I was then given a loaner so that I could enjoy my afternoon in LA while they completed the service . The service was completed on time and while I waited for them to bring my car out, I met and chatted with a young lady who had recently joined the Jim Falk team. As we chatted up a storm, I could feel how much she loved her job and helping customers. I also ran into Kaalan Day, who had worked with me on my recent purchase (over 5 months prior) and he immediately inquired whether I needed additional assistance. Thousands of customers and he still remembered me. I am a 71 year old senior citizen and I drive 2 1/2 hours from Vista, CA for my Jim Falk Lexus team and will continue to do so as long as I am able to drive. I smiled all the way down the 5 as I returned home, thinking about how special they all made me feel. More

This was done very quickly, and the service person found I also needed some extra repairs. I needed my car back by 3:00 p.m. and the extra work was done within this time frame. Josh Kim, my service rep, kept me posted on the progress and actually met me outside when I first arrived. Jim Falk Lexus is a quality dealership!! More

Came in for my maintenance service I came in Monday morning for my routine maintenance service and was greeted by Martha a new service advisor that I hadn't previously met . Initially I came in looking for the women I previously worked with but Martha was amazing and I actually prefer her over the prior advisor .Martha had lots of great energy very informative and friendly and I definitely appreciate having her as my new service advisor and I'll be back as well as recommend her to friends and family .I was intrested in prices and Martha take the time to find me the different options as well as I mellow them to me. She kept me updated during my service time and provided me with a nice luxury complimentary vehicle . Thank you again Martha and I will see you again in a few months. More

You could get a competitive price compare to other dealerships. Service department is very good. Obviously, I want to see more coupons. Recently I need to change oil and hood shocks on my Lexus RX 350. I spoke with Adriana Maldonado. She impressed me with very efficient service and professional skills. I definitely will deal with her with future Lexus service requests. Angel Vasquez - a service consultant did a very good job coordinating the work on my car. I really appreciate his service. Jasmine who provided me with a loaner car worked fast and accurate.The waiting room is nice and clean, you get coffee and mixed nuts. So, it feels good at this dealership. More
