I can see myself reffering people to this dealership and also coming back for future purchases. Clay went above and beyond by making sure the color vehicle (exterior, interior/trim) was met. He did this by researching what I was looking for in the computer, running out to the lot (even to other lots down the street), taking pictures of it on his phone, and then sending me an email of it to make sure I was ok with it. Douglas drove from Beverly Hills down to Ontario, CA to meet me up to sign papers and deliver the car. Upon arriving and signing papers, it was 10:00pm and Douglas was happy to show me all of the features of the Lexus ES300H without taking any shortcuts. He was happy to answer all of my questions and even offered to send me extra voice commands via email the next day (which he did). Saturday morning. When we arrived Jessica had the car ready for us to take a test drive. After the test drive we went back in and made the car purchase within about 15 minutes. There was no haggling going back and forth at all. We told Jessica the price we wanted to pay and she came back within 5 minutes and said the car was mine! She even asked if I needed financing. I told her I had my own. She asked if Lexus Financial could match it would I finance through them. I said sure, why not. Lexus did match the financing and so everything was done right there at Jim Falks. It was like a dream, everything went so smoothly I was amazed. I have never had a more pleasant experience buying a car than at Jim Falks. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Lexus. I explained to him that I wanted to buy the car, but I had some personal financial challenges that might affect my credit. He asked me a few questions and told me he was pretty sure that we could make a deal. I told him I could be at the dealership by 11:30 am to test drive the cars and discuss the financing. Doug was very professional and helpful and we concluded the transaction by 2:30 pm. It was a very positive experience for me because I was worried that I wouldn't be able to purchase a nice car due to my personal credit. More

However we ended up deciding on the new 2013 RX and with Elie's assistant, we were able to reach a gre purchasing a used sedan, such as the GS or LS. I was very impressed with my overall experience at Jim Falk Lexus, especially with Elli's 5-Star service! I live in San Diego, so I made the trek all the way to LA. Reason being, I purchased a certified Falk Lexus, especially with Elli's 5-Star service! I live in San Diego, so I made the trek all the way to LA. Reason being, I purchased a certified pre-owned IS250 and I expanded my search beyond San Diego to find the specific car I wanted. When I found the car online, I was not able to make it to LA that day. I called and spoke to Elli, and she was able to hold the car for me with a deposit. Later that night, I had a specific question for Elli that I had forgotten to ask her during our first conversation. Since I had her cell phone number, I gave her a call at 8:30pm assuming I would get her voicemail -- Elli answered and was able to answer my question, after hours! We scheduled a 9:30 appointment for the next day, and when I arrived, Elli already had the car ready to go for a test drive. Very satisfied with the car, we got back to the dealership and to my surprise, she already had all of the paper work ready to go -- she assured me it would be a quick transaction (I was on a bit of a time crunch). From my past car buying experiences, it can take several hours to buy a car. Elli made it the most seamless process -- I was out the door in 1.5 hours! Morgan in finance was also extremely professional and polite. I can tell that this dealership really cares about their clients and I will certainly tell all of my friends about them. Lastly, an issue that most people have when it comes to car buying is price and negotiating. I'm in sales myself, so I know a good deal when I see one. I did extensive research on these 2012 certified pre-owned IS250's and I know I got a great deal on this car! I will definitely be back when I'm in the market for my next car. More
