I had a very bad experience at this dealership. I called the dealership about 2010 RX350 with V/N: 2T2ZK1BA8AC036860. The salesman confirmed that this car was available and he was waiting for me and he knew the dealership about 2010 RX350 with V/N: 2T2ZK1BA8AC036860. I drove all the way from Anaheim(Orange County) to this dealership. The salesman called me two blocks before I got there and he told me the car was sold. I was shocked and I continued driving to the dealer to get the details. when I arrived at the dealership, I met the salesman and he was showing indifference and told me simply " this is how it goes with car business". I told him that there must be some kind of communication between the sales in regards to the cars being sold, it took me less than 90 minutes to get to dealership from the time the salesman confirmed that the car was available, and he answered that there is no such communications. I told him but what about customer service he answered " we care about customer service, but we care more about selling cars".
