Although RX450h was over two years old, it was absolutely immaculate inside and outside. It was worth making a trip from Laguna Niguel. I had a very bad experience at this dealership. I called the dealership about 2010 RX350 with V/N: 2T2ZK1BA8AC036860. The salesman confirmed that this car was available and he was waiting for me and he knew the dealership about 2010 RX350 with V/N: 2T2ZK1BA8AC036860. The salesman confirmed that this car was available and he was waiting for me and he knew that I was coming to buy this car from Anaheim. I drove all the way from Anaheim(Orange County) to this dealership. The salesman called me two blocks before I got there and he told me the car was sold. I was shocked and I continued driving to the dealer to get the details. when I arrived at the dealership, I met the salesman and he was showing indifference and told me simply " this is how it goes with car business". I told him that there must be some kind of communication between the sales in regards to the cars being sold, it took me less than 90 minutes to get to dealership from the time the salesman confirmed that the car was available, and he answered that there is no such communications. I told him but what about customer service he answered " we care about customer service, but we care more about selling cars". Michael made every effort to ensure that the process of leasing my new IS 250 went as quickly and as seemly as possible. Drove from San Diego after doing some research on the certified used cars. Spoke to Alex before arriving and he was very prompt with his responses and ensured the car we were interested would be on hold. certified used cars. We mentioned the car buying program and he was able to give us a very fair price on a 2013 RX450H with no haggling. The buying process went pretty smooth. Dealership isn't stuffy and didn't offer as much as other Lexus dealerships. Nevertheless we got a good deal so would go back there again to buy. More
My first visit to Jim Falk... my sister and I was assisted by Yury. Then I saw another GS so I gave Jim Falk another chance. I called and asked for another Internet Sales, hoping it was not going to be Yury. Let's just say, because of Doug I found my GS and enjoyed my first experience with Jim Falk. He listened to what I wanted, was very patience with me, and returned my calls within 10 minutes. Now, that's Great Customer Service. Thank you Doug for helping me find my GS. I've been to 4 other Lexus Dealers within the past 7 months and Doug has been the most helpful and honest Sales. More
