We found the best car for us and the customer service Ellie displayed and the quick turn around to get the price and numbers we could afford was awesome. I would definitely recommend the beverly hills delearship to all my friends and I especially would like to send them to Ellie. My wife and I dropped in just before New Years,. We dealt with Elie Shafiee. She proved to be very knowledeable about the Lexus RX 350 and explained how we could trade in and/or payoff our old leases to get with Elie Shafiee. I have been leasing my cars from Jim Falk Lexus for the last 8 years. I have had 4 of them since 2005. The experience has always been outstanding. About two weeks ago I received a call from Elie Sha last 8 years. I have had 4 of them since 2005. The experience has always been outstanding. About two weeks ago I received a call from Elie Shafiee - She had a very interesting proposal for me. She asked me to come in and exchange my 2011 Lexus ES350 (which had one year left on my lease) for a new 2013 Lexus ES350. She showed me how I could upgrade to the new car with little or no money down. She took the time to explain that with my residual and Lexus promotions I could have a new car. It was a "no-brainer". . She took full charge of the transaction, including the paper work, my trade in and having my new car all prepped and ready for me. She even helped me move everything from the old vehicle to the new vehicle (including removing my custom license plate frames that I wanted to keep). I just waited for a short time in the very comfortable waiting room enjoying a great cup of hot chocolate. As in all the other previous times that I have been to Jim Falk, this was a very painless way to buy a car.. Thanks Elie More

Our only negative experience came when we first walked in the door, and the person who greeted us told us that we would only be allowed to test drive one car and no others. When we expressed surprise (we were not rude), we were told the same thing again in such harsh tones that we almost left. I'm glad we didn't - everyone else we spoke with was very accommodating, and we wound up completing a purchase within a couple of hours. More
