Jim Falk Lexus is a "together" dealership. This past week I really enjoyed working with Alex Manzari. We spoke on the phone about a deal and every point of that deal was honored with no surprises. I kept waiting to hear, "Oh, by the way..." but never did. I was in and out quickly but never felt like I was being rushed. The 2013 GS 350 is a complicated car due to the new technology but he took me through every aspect of it. His follow up calls and emails have been helpful as well. Oh yea, Bianca rocked it as well. All in all a great expierence. More

To Whom It May Concern: I was in your dealership several time looking at different vehicles. Over the different visits I was helped by an employee that went above the call of duty. I'm a sales consultant a time looking at different vehicles. Over the different visits I was helped by an employee that went above the call of duty. I'm a sales consultant and know all the tricks and what it takes to close a sale. This employee that helped me knew the answers to every question about the vehicle I was interested in, as well as the competition, It made my visit so much easier and saved me time. However, what she did that impressed me the most was help me decide what was in my best interest and would serve me best. I've been going back and fourth between Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus trying to decide where and what to buy. Everywhere I went they tried to up sell me to a model that was bigger than I needed and would cost me more money. She asked me a few questions, zoned in on what I needed instead of how much she could get me to spend, and lead me to a buying decision. Needless to say, I purchased my vehicle from Jim Falk Lexus. This employee is Jessica Zeigler and should be recognized for a job well done. I'm glad to see that professional sales and customer service is not a thing of the past at Jim Falk Lexus. I was very disappointed in the customer service I received, first of all the car was not properly detailed especially the rims,which is surprising because they had 3 hours to clean it while I was wai received, first of all the car was not properly detailed especially the rims,which is surprising because they had 3 hours to clean it while I was waiting for financing, when I returned home I noticed a chip in the door, this is something you don't expect with a certified car. After waiting for 3 hours to get through financing I felt rushed to drive out of the building once the financing was completed. Also I did not appreciate the way my salesman abruptly walked back to the dealership when we were heading out to see the car for the first time, when he returned he did not explain why he left nor apologize for doing so, he also took a personnel phone call when we were reviewing the warranty. Finally I felt his fellow salesman was not customer focused either, I asked him for a IS 250 brochure and he told me to ask my salesman for it and then he went back to texting on his phone. I did bring these issues to my salesman in an email, he responded by saying he was sorry for the 3 hr wait and said he would ask his manager to detail my car, the other issues were not addressed by him in his response to me. There was never an uncomfortable moment for us. What made the purchase so enjoyable and comfortable for us was Jessica did not "high pressure" us, but demonstrated the capability, greatness and beauty of the vehicle. She took all of our physical disabilities into consideration and demonstrated how the vehicle would meet our needs. Jessica was enthusiastic and very dedicated towards her guests and Jim Falk Lexus the entire time. This was very important to us as we had been searching for a vehicle since April of 2012. Believe it or not, it was the ONLY vehicle I could sit in with pure comfort! Therefore, Jim Falk Lexus, and Jessica will always be our favorites! More
I search the car online and initially I had other internet sales assisted me who make me feel very uncomfortable. We were greeted and hosted by all the staff and Elie who we met through a mutual friend invited us to her office. Her etiquette is phenomenal and put me and my husband at ease. Since I am pregnant she took extra care of me and was very attentive of my needs. Besides her professionalism she was also friendly and smiled the whole time. A pregnant woman is hard to please and she did a great job at it. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience at this dealership and all credit goes to Elie and I had ownership of many cars in the past but this last experience will definitely keep me coming back. From the time we got there to the closing took less than two hours or so. We were out in a jiffy. I loved that the most. Again credit goes to "friendly" Elie. Last but not least we couldn't get any better deal than this. My friends and family just can't believe the deal we got on our amazing RX 350. And I am sure our new baby is going to love it as well...
