I have very low expectations of car dealers after having gone through the arduous and sometimes icky process of leasing many, many cars. It turned out that other dealer had taken me for a ride and taken my deposit for a car he didn't have. I called Jim Falk Lexus after I realized I had been burned and within an hour, Michael made me the deal I wanted on the car I wanted. I was not expecting a dealership in the heart of Beverly Hills to be competitive with their deals, but they stepped right up. But even more than that, when we got to the dealership, the car was detailed, ready to go and the paperwork - on a Sunday afternoon - took the least amount of time with the least amount of hassle that I have ever experienced. Michael's associate Arthur made sure we understood the car and the gentleman in finance (whose name I can't remember) didn't try to hustle us with add-ons or "true-coat." We sped through the process and were in our car feeling fantastic about the whole thing. I have been a serial dater when it comes to car leasing, but Lexus of Beverly Hills may have made me monogamous. More

I consider myself a fortunate man, for having been taken care at LEXUS by Mr. Enrique Carvajal. I met Enrique at LEXUS Santa Monica, in May 2010, when I had a GS 350. Enrique showed me then an IS 250 C, w care at LEXUS by Mr. Enrique Carvajal. I met Enrique at LEXUS Santa Monica, in May 2010, when I had a GS 350. Enrique showed me then an IS 250 C, which I consider, so far, the Best Car I've ever had: the shape; the size; open air choice; the impeccable drive; etc, etc. As I wish to continue with an IS 250 C, I wanted to know my options, and I contacted Enrique, who is now working at LEXUS of Beverly Hills. Once again, Enrique greeted me as a Special Customer, and offered me a 2013 IS 250 C which I'm joyfully driving now. Visited Jim Falk Lexus for a CPO CT200H they had advertised on their website. Walked in, Ellie was there to greet me immediately. Shortly thereafter was test driving the CT200H I saw on their we advertised on their website. Walked in, Ellie was there to greet me immediately. And shortly thereafter, the purchasing process started(paperwork :( cant avoid that unfortunately). She was great, she introduced me to a lot of their staff, who are all super friendly. There have been followups as well by Ellie and by the staff there with regards to my happiness with the vehicle and in response to a minor rattling issue that I noted on an online survey I submitted. They jumped on that and got me scheduled for it have it looked it immediately. In summary, a smooth and professional process. More

I received an email from Jim Falk Lexus offering me an early trade in for my current car. I responded and went to see Doug who sold me my car and offered the no cost trade in for a new car.
