Worst.Experience.Ever. From the initial contact choice being ignored, to the overly aggressive salespeople, they delivered a dirty vehicle, and rescinded the contract. Disorganized, untrained, poor attitude We purchased a 2017 RX450 at the end of January and from the start is was poorly executed on behalf of your sales staff. I inquired through the Intern We purchased a 2017 RX450 at the end of January and from the start is was poorly executed on behalf of your sales staff. I inquired through the Internet sales staff and hoped to get an experienced sales person. When we arrived, we were connected with a sales rep who admittingly knew nothing about the dealership or Lexus product - he had recently relocated from another state and was very apologetic about his lack of knowledge. We continued forward. Two other reps were interjected into the process and failed to add much value. When we began to negotiate, a female sales manager intervened and we were finally able to close a deal - she was a decision-maker and at least we were able to finalize a price and financing. The finance manager was friendly/professional up until the point when we turned down the extended warranty after which he didn't say, goodbye, thank you, enjoy... nothing. Mary was very helpful and kind - she delivered the vehicle and apologized that it wasn't detailed - she offered a return visit full detail, but we live to far away to bring the vehicle back. I did send her request to find a part that might conceal the charger opening in the dash - haven't heard back. When waiting for finance, we were asked to share a table with another couple waiting for their vehicle - it literally was a 6' table - you need a better lounge for your customers. See Newport Beach Lexus - state of the art dealership. I understand your location is temporary, but seriously. So, there you have it. The price $35,750 was good for the 450H. However, the experience was nothing like South County Lexus where I service my GS 350. We have friends that plan to buy a new one and asked us how it went at JF Lexus - we haven't talked yet. More
