Over the years I have purchased 2 Lexus vehicles from Lexus of Santa Monica. I live in Los Angeles only 6 miles from Lexus of BH, however this is the first time I have ever been to this facility for ser Lexus of Santa Monica. I recently retired and now I would like to go to BH because it’s closer to my home, but when I scheduled my maintenance I was quoted $208, when the service was completed it was $475. When I tried to talk to the manager Josh he was not in. He did call me back, I missed his call and I have now called him three times leaving messages and he has not responded. I even let him know that I am in the market to buy a new Lexus without luck. I cannot recommend Lexus of Beverly Hills, I will not be returning and I certainly will not purchase a car from Lexus of BH. Even though it’s farther I will be going back to Glendale and probably back to Lexus of Santa Monica for the new car. More

The initial purpose of my visit was to sell my car I would like to report an incident that occurred between me and Lexus Dealership in Beverly Hills. The initial purpose of my visit was to sell my car. Once I talked to sales person about selling my car they started offering me a new car. However, I told them that buying a new car was secondary because my main concern at the time was selling my car. After spending several hours at the dealership I decided that I will buy a new car from them since they are buying mine... not to mention that another Lexus dealer offered me a better deal . Jim Falk Beverly Hills promised that they will price-match and honor same deal. After agreeing to buy a car from them, sales person told me that their dealer didn't have the model I desired so that they had to deliver it from Santa Monica Lexus dealership. Sales manger promised that the car will arrive in 20 minutes with Michelin tires as I requested. But it arrived next day, and it was delivered from Lexus of Woodland Hills and with different low quality tires with a half empty tank of gas. Nonetheless, my deal with the dealer was that I will pay $1500 as a TOTAL DOWN payment which was ok for me , since that what was offered to me by another dealer , and Jim Falk Lexus agreed to price-match it. However, the problem accrued at the financing department when the employee told me (after signing the contract, first they make you sign on electronic signature touchpad then print the actual lease agreement , which already signed ) that my down payment does not include the first month payment and registration fee. I was shocked. I was told since I already signed the contract and the car was delivered ( which was a total lie ) I had to buy it. However, the fact that I was overcharged and lied to bothered me. The next day I called the dealership and they refused to take care of the problem saying that all they can offer is a complimentary service coupon. I decided to call the General Sales Manager John Kim, the General Sales Manager, who turned out to be the most unprofessional and rude manager ever. I explained my issue and said that their dealership lied to me and told me about extra charges only after signing the contract. I also mentioned that other dealership offered me that the down payment includes the first month payment and registration fee and that's what you promised to honer the same deal. His answer was "I don't care what other dealerships do". Basically, the entire Lexus staff didn't admit what the did and they refuse to refund the amount that was overcharged and instead offer me some pointless coupon that I was supposed to get anyway. Treating customers this way and then refusing to be responsible for such actions is unacceptable. especially during a pandemic. Instead of trying to be helpful and be thankful that during this hard times we customers still buy cars, they just do one thing very professionally , ripping off, screwing, lying and being dishonest. I noticed that there are many bad reviews about this dealership regarding the same issue. It seems like Lexus of Beverly Hills is specialized in making people sign contracts and then telling the real amount. I would like Lexus to refund the overcharge and improve the way they work. I personally advised my friends to stay away from Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills as far as possible, unless some people enjoy being ripped off and scammed by these liars. More

9/4/20 -My husband bought me a 2019 ES300h for my birthday. AZ was friendly throughout the process, Juanito was helpful during the delivery, and Finance was direct, straight forward, no time wasted. birthday. Prior to the delivery my husband asked AZ to touch up the bottom of the bumpers, and if she was unable to do so then please provide him with the touch up paint so he could do it himself-that didn't happen. Also my husband had to remind them 4 times about the missing valve cap on the back tire, still was not replaced at the delivery, Juanito had to run down to the garage to get a valve cap at the very last minute. Then the 2nd key was not given to us at the delivery and the sales manager told us he will EXPRESS the key to our house - didn't happen. We had to reach out to both AZ and Juanito for key status, then key was shipped on 9/10/20, arrived at the house on 9/11/20. The day we bought the car, 9/4/20, we also ordered a set of weather mats from Parts, we were told the mats should deliver to our house shortly, didn't happen either. We called parts on 9/16/20, come to find out the mats were never shipped, so Lexus finally shipped out the mats on 9/16/20 and they arrived at our house the next day. We just can't imagine if we didn't follow up with Lexus, we would be forever waiting and waiting. Although the team was very friendly but the follow up skills was lacking. We bought from Tustin before and their service and delivery was flawless. we didn't expect we had to make so much effort during and after the purchase. More
