Our salesman Lou was fantastic, a real pleasure to work with. I did not like the deceptive way they tried to get me to purchase gap insurance, charge a very high interest rate etc. They did lower the in with. I did not like the deceptive way they tried to get me to purchase gap insurance, charge a very high interest rate etc. They did lower the interest to what is normal, but it all seemed very deceptive. Lou was not involved in this. It left me with a bad feeling hence no recommending the dealership. I do love my car though. More
