I bought a used car and was told it would be detailed. Upon inspecting the car, there were still spiderwebs and white marks in the front. When I got home, I realized I didn’t have floor mats in the back seats (a new set was shipped to me 2 weeks later) and two tire caps missing (caps to cover the tire pressure), which is still in transit (3 weeks later). The constant follow-up was exhausting. It would make sense for the sales people to follow up with the client to demonstrate excellent customer service, not the other way around. More

Sales person was very friendly and helpful. The manager seemed like he didn’t really care. What bothered me the most was the xxxxxxx finance department representative who tried to charge me tax and registr seemed like he didn’t really care. What bothered me the most was the xxxxxxx finance department representative who tried to charge me tax and registration fee after the deal was done on top, even though it was already included. After deal had concluded he asked me write another check for the tax and registration. This was already included in the original calculation, but magically taken out later. He tried to get me to overpay because he wasn’t too happy I ended up not getting any extended warranty even though he tried for 20 minutes. I do not recommend this dealership. More
