Sales manager provided misinformation regarding the features of the car and provided little assistance. We foolishly took is word regarding the features and did not see or drive the leased car as it ne features of the car and provided little assistance. We’ve bought many Lexus from this dealer. The experiences have generally been quite positive. Not this time. I traded in a leased IS there last week and leased a new UX. I was lied to, for example….the F Sport package is only cosmetic - NO It is not at all only cosmetic. Turned out they didn’t have an F sport hybrid so they lied to me. I should have know better. They fast talked me about the pricing of the new car and the equity in my lease return. Wow. They made a huge profit and I got taken. It’s my own fault. My past experiences lead me to trust them. That was a big mistake That I will regret for 3 years. More
