I called on Monday and the receptionist was very helpful in finding a time to bring the car in that worked best for my schedule. I came in at 10:00 AM on Tuesday for my appointment with Jack and he was right there to greet me. Not only did Jack greet me, but everyone in the entire service department stopped what they were doing to come up and meet me, as if I were the President of the United States or something. They all knew me by name and asked if my mother was feeling better. Somehow they knew that she is currently recovering from gall bladder surgery and their sentiments and well wishes made me feel wonderful and were very helpful during a difficult time. My mother is doing fine by the way, thanks no doubt to the prayers that your servicemen made on her behalf. Jack informed me that my car would need some minor maintenance and that it would be ready in 90 minutes. He gave me the option of using a loaner car or waiting in the customer lounge until it was ready. Since I literally had nothing else to do that day, I decided to wait in the customer lounge. I’m serious, I didn’t even have plans to do so much as eat for the rest of the day because I am on a new diet that restricts me to eating just one meal a day at 7:00 AM, and I am fed the rest of my meals intravenously while I am sleeping. I walked into the customer service lounge and was delighted to see not one, not two, but THREE coffee machines ready to serve me. I looked back and forth at each machine for what must have been 20 minutes trying to decide which to get my coffee from. I noticed that employees were gravitating toward one machine in particular, so I decided to go with that one. Let me tell you, I have tasted fresh coffee in Bolivia, Peru, and Honduras, picked straight from the pod and plunged into the coffee pot, but that tasted like Folgers Insta-Brew compared to the rich, bold flavors of the coffee from this machine. Seriously, there must be a tiny version of Juan Valdez himself in there making this coffee because it was CRAZY good. While drinking my coffee I was delighted be able to use your big screen computer while simultaneously watching CNN on your big screen TV. I was also delighted that there was no firewall to block some of my favorite websites, which I believe are illegal to view in some states, so I had a fantastic time, although I can’t say the same for the other customers in the lounge with me who looked pretty uncomfortable. At around 45 minutes into my wait, I came down with a severe case of appendicitis. I was certain that I would have to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital, but once again, your service department went above and beyond. As it turns out, many of your servicemen are not only certified mechanics, but also certified internal surgeons. They placed me on one of those car lifts (not for any reason I could surmise, but I think just to make the experience more fun for me) and used their expertise to deftly replace my unstable appendix with a brand new transmission. Now I can run up to speeds of 60 MPH in less than six seconds. When the 90 minutes was up, I went to retrieve my car and was informed that they would need another five minutes before the car was ready. They gave me the option of either waiting the extra five minutes for my car, or, due to the foul up, I could also take a brand new LS Hybrid 10 free of charge. Then, a shadowy figure handed me the keys to the new car and winked. Needless to say I took the new LS Hybrid 10 since it is worth about $150,000 compared to my $40,000 IS 250, and then I immediately sold it and bought three new IS250's since I love my IS 250 so much. Overall, I was so pleased with Jim Falk Lexus that at the end of the day, I ran out into the street screaming “Falk Lexus! Falk Lexus! Falk Lexus!” so everyone would know that there’s no place like Jim Falk Lexus. Thank you beyond all measure for the single greatest day of my life. My visit with her goes down in my car buying history (42 years), as the most efficient, thorough and pleasant experience I've ever had. The only thing wrong with her position is that folks meet her towards the end of the deal! I buy a pre-owned, certified Lexus ever couple of years and I can assure you I will be coming back to your dealership because of Kathryn. We just bought a lexus IS250 in November from Keyes in Van Nuys. We loved the car, but on Feb 6th it was totaled in a flood in our condo's garage. Insurance would pay the lease off but my husband negotiated for four to five hours to get the deal he got at Keyes and we so dreaded going through that again. We phoned Keyes and asked for a manager so we could explain the situation and hopefully avoid the lengthy negotiation process. What we wanted was to show them the contract and just have them honor the same numbers again on the same car. The manager's voice mail picked up and I left the info and number. After five hours I gave up and called Jim Faulk Lexus and immediately spoke with a manager names Safi. I explained the situation and he asked us to come in, contract in hand from the other car and assured me he would take care of us. One week later after, insurance was dealt with, my husband and I walked in and asked for Safi. He remembered my call and asked to see the contract. While he reviewed it he paired us with a salesman named Dale. Dale took us to the large Lexus car lot and ran around with us opening every car to make sure my husband got the same one he had before. We were there for about two hours and he explained the 250's bells and whistles to us, which honestly after driving the car for two months we still had no idea we had some of the features he mentioned. Dale had been working in Lexus service for years and only recently transferred to sales so he knew everything about the IS 250. After we picked out the car we braced ourselves for the negotiation. However, Safi met us at the office and said he would honor the same deal. We were thrilled. We then met Bianca in finance and she got us in and out in ten minutes flat. This dealership made it easy and they were so infomative that we actually like this new car better! I could not be more pleased and hope you ask for Safi or Dale if you ever call. I can only vouch for them. I listened to some of the other dealers there while waiting and felt relieved that we were working with Dale. He was no pressure, all info and funny to boot. Likewise, Safi treated us with kindness, respect and bottom line, he gave us the deal we wanted, quickly. Highly reccomend Jim Faulk Lexus for sales. More

I just purchaed my dream car at Jim Falk Lexus, and I really could not be happier with the way I was treated. I must admit I was having difficulty deciding between 2 different cars, but finally I got the really could not be happier with the way I was treated. I must admit I was having difficulty deciding between 2 different cars, but finally I got the car I really wanted. I never imagined I would drive off in a Lexus GS450h, but I did, and I am thrilled. What a fantatstic car! And though it was a Certified Preowned car, it looks and drives like a brand new car. This is the second car I have bought from Jim Falk, and I really would not even consider going anywhere else for a Lexus. They always seem to have a lot of really clean, low-milage cars. It really is worth the drive. If you are looking for a CPO Lexus, check their website and when you see the model you want, jump on it, because they really do go fast. More
