We have been shopping for a "particular" pre owned Lexus for quite a while. We wanted one interior color and would consider 2 exterior colors. We were immediately impressed with Jim Falk Lexus and Andrew Einhorn, not only because of their courtesy, but also with Andrew Einhorn's constant communication with us. He contacted us by both email and phone whenever something new became available and finally, when the car we were looking for came into their showroom as a trade in on a newer car. Mr. Einhorn was ALWAYS professional and never pressured us. His communication skills are excellent and we never had to wait long for a reply when we contacted him even in the later hours of the evening. We were surprised when we sent him an email after 9:30PM thinking we would get a response the next day. It came within minutes. It was truly the most pleasant purchase experience we have ever had. Orod made the financial transaction quick and yet explained everything we were signing thoroughly. We both appreciated the fact that he was organized and expedited the process in a timely manner. I wanted to get a certified used fuel-efficient SUV and was initially thinking of getting a Toyota Highlander Hybrid, but after test-driving and checking out the certified used Lexus RX400h, I was sold. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Jordan personally did the final touch-ups on the detailing while I was there and made sure the final spots came off. He spent over an hour teaching me the navigation system and various options of the Lexus. The overall experience was relaxed, friendly, and a no-pressure situation.
