He arranges to get us a loaner if the waiting time will be too long and sees that the vehicle is washed before it is returned to us. It's very comforting to know we have someone like him making things easy for us. He is the thin edge of the wedge at the dealership - the only one we come in contact with, so the entire experience is resting on his shoulders - and time and time again his shoulders are more than broad enough, as he makes the entire experience pleasant, friendly, efficient and cost-effective.
