While driving back from a weekend get-away to Napa Valley in Northern California, the Required Maintenance light came on in my 2008 Lexus RX hybrid. However, I called first thing Monday morning and was able to get in and Arthur was there to greet me, again. This was my second visit to Jim Falk Lexus and having the pleasure of working with Arthur.
