While driving back from a weekend get-away to Napa Valley in Northern California, the Required Maintenance light came on in my 2008 Lexus RX hybrid. Knowing that I had another 400 miles to travel before ret in Northern California, the Required Maintenance light came on in my 2008 Lexus RX hybrid. Knowing that I had another 400 miles to travel before returning to LA that night and realizing it was a holiday (President's Day) I was a bit concerned I could get in the first thing the following morning. However, I called first thing Monday morning and was able to get in and Arthur was there to greet me, again. This was my second visit to Jim Falk Lexus and having the pleasure of working with Arthur. I brought my car in because I had a problem with the headlight. Eddie knew immediately what the problem was, and an airbag problem was diagnosed. Service team was excellent! Went in for a standard service and they even let me know I had a recall replacement on file for my car. Got a red HS 250 hybrid! was great, got the car back at the end of t service and they even let me know I had a recall replacement on file for my car.
