Attentive, thorough, thoughtful ( nice to have an actual snack bar w/ someone managing it. Extra thoughtful ( driver took us to lunch and picked us up). Wow! Great service on our little Prius. More

Was sold a battery that I didn't need, they told me it wouldn't hold a charge when fixing alternator, but it was charged and is holding at 13 volts More
