Poor customer service, Had both ball joints changed then both control arms, they never aligned the front end afterward. Both front tires had to be replaced due to worn outside edges. I was told to make an appointment but when I got there I was told that it’ll take 3 hours to have my car seen. What’s the point of an appointment if you aren’t going to be seen at that time?
