Not sure how the sales manager wouldn't have known that ahead of time. Secured my own financing and bought the truck. Test drive was rainy and traffic. Couldn't tell the alignment was way off. Later found the LR seat belt couldn't be latched into. Was the truck not inspected after trade in? No safety inspection for the seat belts? On top of that they sold it to me with a chip in the windshield. They said they arranged with a local guy to repair the damage. That fell through. Only did I have to make a special trip back to the dealership for them to repair the windshield ( and the crack is still visible; hopefully it never gets bigger) and for them to tell me there was something stuck in the buckle which further let me know safety wasn't a priority in their inspection. I don't think that was done because I couldn't imagine a large reputable dealer like Jim Ellis would cut this many corners but this is the way it happened. Dylan was very courteous. Cory was decent, slightly accommodating but reassured me that however the windshield turned out that's all they were doing; no full replacement was optional. Gary never spoke to me again.
