The 2 men that was at the front didn’t recognized or greet me nor 2 other customers that My experience was not so great at the beginning of my visit. The positive side of my visit was one of your outstanding staff, Reid Millikan, lighten things up with his witty personality & professionalism.. Also your ladies assistants in that area also were courteous & professional in supplying the beverages back to their stocked capacity. More

I had a 10:30 appointment which I arrived for about 10 minutes ahead of time. It was more than two hours and forty-five minutes before my vehicle was ready. Despite the wait, the experience was good. The pre-service talk with the intake consultant was informative and the waiting area was comfortable. More
