Second time’s the Charm I had my grill replaced on my 2018 Tacoma. The grill I had was a TRD pro grill that the previous owner had installed. My truck is an off Road and shou I had my grill replaced on my 2018 Tacoma. The grill I had was a TRD pro grill that the previous owner had installed. My truck is an off Road and should have a different grill than the TRD pro. The grill was ordered and installed, it looked great. But the sensor for my crash detection and cruse radar didn’t work. So a new sensor was ordered and installed later that same week. Oh and Jim Ellis did all of this at NO Charge to me. Thanks to everyone involved! More
Horrible I’ve wasted hours there for simple services. Most recent was for low tire pressure light. Four hours later they said they had to patch the tire. (While waiting noticed service techs constantly in the customer waiting area stuffing their pockets with snacks laid out in a bowl then going back multiple times during my visit there emptying out the bowl) Only to leave with vibration in the steering wheel that was not there before. And the light came back on. Waited days for Julio to respond just to have to go back the following Monday. I then checked the tire pressure my self and found the passenger side tires and driver rear inflated to 40psi and driver front 30psi. Manufacturers label in the door reads 32psi for all tires. I then adjusted tire inflation on all four tires to 32 psi. Road tested my self and most of the vibration was gone. My wife returned the vehicle on the past Monday for the left front loosing air after a patch and road force balance which cured the problem three trips later. The service advisor that check us in Winston did go beyond what I expected of him no problems there. The service technicians needs training. I feel that they don’t value the customers time as much as they do theirs. When I see the same techs come up to the customer area filling their pockets with refreshments it makes me wonder how much attention is getting paid to actual work. Don’t get me wrong I have no problems with break times it’s needed. But this is ridiculous and disappointing. I will possibly not be back to Jim Ellis McDonough again after this More

Poor experience What has happened to this dealership!!!! I just went because of a recall and had the most horrible experience. Had no idea of new ownership. Was just What has happened to this dealership!!!! I just went because of a recall and had the most horrible experience. Had no idea of new ownership. Was just told I had to purchase new tires on my new truck that does not even have 30,000 miles on it plus I have purchased an additional insurance on my tires that covers up to $5,000 expenses on it which your dealership refused to help me with it. I was refused help with my additional coverage that I had purchased for my rotation and balance. I purchased almost $8,000 on extra coverage and was refused service and was treated very unprofessional and wasted my time. What a shame what a waste!!!!! What an embarrassment to Toyota!! More

Time consuming I’ve gotten two cars from this place and other dealerships have. A loyalty program in place where people can use a loaner car for the day or at least I’ve gotten two cars from this place and other dealerships have.
