Bad experience Don't go on a Friday! The wait was long but that wasn't really the issue. Staff was courteous but I didn't feel like customer service was a priority Don't go on a Friday! The wait was long but that wasn't really the issue. Staff was courteous but I didn't feel like customer service was a priority. Too many staff people walking around chatting while the line was increasingly long. The issue I had was that the shuttle service took me across the street to shop while I waited over 2 hours for my tires to be rotated. Noah Peacock called and told me my vehicle was ready. I reminded him that I needed to be picked up. He said sure in a few minutes. I waited over 40 minutes to be picked up and nobody came. I had something else to do so I walked in 99 degree weather back to the dealership. Even though it was not far, I am a senior citizen with medical conditions. I did not need to be walking but it was either that or probably wait at the store for 2 more hours for someone to come - which they never did! Reid Millikan was most helpful. More

Excellent experience! Reid was very friendly, but business focused. He communicated updates, and arranged for my transportation to and from Lush Nail Bar.
