I would recommend if appropriate staffing is in place. They were short staffed so the wait was longer and I was offered discount for wait. Appointment I would rate 5 but i had to wait almost 2 weeks for appointment to remove nail in tire. When I called and explained I had to drive over 100 mile daily I would rate 5 but i had to wait almost 2 weeks for appointment to remove nail in tire.
