I arrived at 8, Saturday morni Although the initial person who checked me in and greeted me was nice my experience was by far the worst I’ve ever had. I arrived at 8, Saturday morning. I had made my appointment two weeks prior, for my 10,000 mile service. They instructed me that it wouldn’t take long and they were happy to take me and my fiancé across the street to CFA to have breakfast and stated that they would call us and pick us up when it was ready. By 10:30, we were tired and frustrated bc we had decided to walk across the street to the shopping center. He called them and they stated that they couldn’t get anyone on the phone in service. We called back ten minutes later and someone said they would send an email that we wanted to be picked up bc she still couldn’t get anyone on the phone. At 11:15 we decided we were going to just walk back. It was two miles, it was 98 degrees, and humid. We walked through a shopping center parking lot and a construction zone. When we were opening the door to the service center someone called me. When we were met at the door by someone, I told him I was there to pick up my car The original guy walked up. He stated that they had tried to call me multiple times but I don’t have a voicemail set up and that my car had been done for quite some time. I do have a voicemail set up, I have no missed calls, and they have the correct number. I know they have the right number bc they called me when I was walking in the door! There is absolutely no reason to lie. My car now also shakes horribly, so I guess when they did that tire rotation they needed to do an alignment, unless they thought I’d enjoy riding in a blender. I know an oil change should take, maybe an hour, but almost 5 is absolutely ridiculous and lying topped it off. After talking with some friends about our experience, it seems that bad service is their specialty. I visited Toyota of McDonough when I was purchasing my car, but due to their bad attitudes then I opted to leave. I chose to go to Toyota of Newnan to purchase my new 2019 limited 4Runner bc they treated me with respect and care. From here on I will deter everyone from the McDonough dealership and I will drive the extra time and miles to Newnan. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. More
My ray bans was missing. After leaving Toyota service cente Was using my ray bans the whole day. I left it in my car when I took it to Jim Ellis Toyota for service . Harassment I feel like ever since Jim Ellis took over, the dealership is harassing me. Emails phone calls and you if ore them and they continue to call and email I feel like ever since Jim Ellis took over, the dealership is harassing me. Emails phone calls and you if ore them and they continue to call and email over and over. If it was not for the fact that I receive free service for my car I would not go back. The caliber of staff has significantly reduced. I have to wait Everytime to ensure I see one of the original service department employees who are few and far between to get decent service. Reid was excellent, I would give him 5 stars More

Hard to make an appointment. The first call no one answered. Then, answered after several rings and transferred at least 5 times to 5 wrong departments. The morning after having my service work done I had low air pressure in a tire. Which also happened the service before. A real aggravation. More
