Harassment I feel like ever since Jim Ellis took over, the dealership is harassing me. The caliber of staff has significantly reduced. I have to wait Everytime to ensure I see one of the original service department employees who are few and far between to get decent service. Hard to make an appointment. The first call no one answered. Then, answered after several rings and transferred at least 5 times to 5 wrong departments. He encouraged me to make sure I look at the alerts that come up on the car and my email to make sure I come in when I'm supposed to for my maintenance. Thank you so much for this pleasant experience.
