OMG AWESOME!!! From the front end to the back I really enjoyed this visit. It wasn't as long as I expected at all. I was very pleased with the young man who assisted From the front end to the back I really enjoyed this visit. It wasn't as long as I expected at all. I was very pleased with the young man who assisted me with my paperwork and getting everything done for me. He encouraged me to make sure I look at the alerts that come up on the car and my email to make sure I come in when I'm supposed to for my maintenance. Thank you so much for this pleasant experience. He was also very funny and had a wonderful personality. The customer service was amazing as well. Be service Right next to Chick-Fil-A customer service😊. More

STAFF IN SERVICE DEPT BEST SERVICE DEPT....BAR NONE. REID MILLIKAN SHOULD EITHER BE PROMOTED OR GIVEN A RAISE. HE'S KIND AND FUNNY, AND ALWAYS EXPLAINS AND SHOWS ME THING BEST SERVICE DEPT....BAR NONE. REID MILLIKAN SHOULD EITHER BE PROMOTED OR GIVEN A RAISE. Bad experience Don't go on a Friday! The wait was long but that wasn't really the issue. Staff was courteous but I didn't feel like customer service was a priority Don't go on a Friday! The wait was long but that wasn't really the issue. Staff was courteous but I didn't feel like customer service was a priority. Too many staff people walking around chatting while the line was increasingly long. The issue I had was that the shuttle service took me across the street to shop while I waited over 2 hours for my tires to be rotated. Noah Peacock called and told me my vehicle was ready. I reminded him that I needed to be picked up. He said sure in a few minutes. I waited over 40 minutes to be picked up and nobody came. I had something else to do so I walked in 99 degree weather back to the dealership. Even though it was not far, I am a senior citizen with medical conditions. I did not need to be walking but it was either that or probably wait at the store for 2 more hours for someone to come - which they never did! Reid Millikan was most helpful. More
