Heavy Repairs Needed Service was needed on my 2005 Toyota Tundra. I presently have over 400,000 miles racked up on the odometer. The Service Dept. was professional and h Service was needed on my 2005 Toyota Tundra. I presently have over 400,000 miles racked up on the odometer. The Service Dept. was professional and honest on their quotes for repairs. In addition, Dana Hull even provided discounts where possible. The repairs took two days and it was well worth the wait. A Loaner was provided and needed (work). A nice new (2020) Toyota Corolla, to be exact. It was a mighty fine experience all the way around. Thank you!! More

Not happy I set up an appointment for 9 a.m. for an oil change, I also told the lady over the phone I may need an alignment and balance and rotation but I want I set up an appointment for 9 a.m. for an oil change, I also told the lady over the phone I may need an alignment and balance and rotation but I wanted to know the prices. She said someone would call me because she didn't know. No one called. So I went to the appointment anyway, explained to the advisor what was going on and he said they would check it out. Though they did give me an answer, I didn't leave until 145p.m. mind you I arrived at 845 a.m. I left extremely unhappy. Not only did I pay more for the alignment than I do at my usual place, but I also had to sit there for 5 hours. I won't be doing simple service at Toyota again. There is really no point in creating appointments. More

I questioned about the charged for the usage of a loaner vehicle. She claims Enterprise charged the dealership $35 a day. Therefore she charged the cost to me. Yet still the operative word is Loaner not rental to me. But couldn’t get the job done on time. So the sat at the Dealership an extra day because it was worked on. Yet charged $70 for something that is out of my control for repairs. More
