Sat for 2hrs. for an oil change and they didn’t even start I went in for an oil change and was told on arrival that it would be 1.5 hrs until completed.Even with that being a unusually long time for that typ I went in for an oil change and was told on arrival that it would be 1.5 hrs until completed.Even with that being a unusually long time for that type of service, Reluctantly, I said “ok”. After waiting for 2 hrs. to be notified that the service was completed. I started looking for my vehicle only to find out it had not even been taken into the shop yet! I then inquired with service personnel and was told told “sorry we had appointments that take priority over walk-ins”. This is totally unacceptable if you have appointments, then tell me!!!! But don’t tell me one thing and totally blow me off! I took time off work to get my errands done and they wasted my time, I am so frustrated with this dealership!!!!!!!!!! More

This whole service by appointment sucks!! I made an appt for first service time and showed up when first open. Yet somehow there is 10 people ahead of me which in turn cause a simple oil chang I made an appt for first service time and showed up when first open. Yet somehow there is 10 people ahead of me which in turn cause a simple oil change and tire rotation to take an hour and a half. I just for the life of me don’t understand why you schedule that many people at the same time. What’s wrong with first come first serve then at least I know what I’m dealing with. I sure am missing the days when it was McDonough South Toyota. Jim Ellis Toyota took something working fine and had to overthink it. Good job!!! If it wasn’t for the free oil changes I most certainly wouldn’t be back and they won’t get anything more than routine maintenance as long as they are owners. This is no reflection on the service rep or technician as they were exceptional. Management is where this place is seriously lacking! More

Heavy Repairs Needed Service was needed on my 2005 Toyota Tundra. I presently have over 400,000 miles racked up on the odometer. The Service Dept. was professional and h Service was needed on my 2005 Toyota Tundra. I presently have over 400,000 miles racked up on the odometer. The Service Dept. was professional and honest on their quotes for repairs. In addition, Dana Hull even provided discounts where possible. The repairs took two days and it was well worth the wait. A Loaner was provided and needed (work). A nice new (2020) Toyota Corolla, to be exact. It was a mighty fine experience all the way around. Thank you!! More
