Service advisor was rude I went in for service on my 2018 Corrolla and was greeted by Raymond Persaud. He was polite and efficient in getting me set up for service.(oil change) He advised me that someone would come get me from the waiting area when my car was ready. For approximately 1 1/2 hours I watched as service writer after service writer came into the waiting area and personally talked to every customer that they were looking for and explaining to them issues with their car or just simply letting them know their car was finished and escorting them to the cashier or the area where their car was parked. I then received a phone call from Oscar Johnson and was told my car was ready and that I could come to the cashier to get my keys. (how personable) I went to the cashiers area and see Oscar putting my keys on the counter with the service ticket. I approached him and asked for my keys and also had a question about my cars maintainance timer. Since the life time oil changes do not include tire rotations and the dealer only changes the oil every 10,000 miles and the computer is set at a 5,000 mile alert, I asked him what could be done to silence the alert at 5,000 miles he told me to just (GOOGLE IT) or he guessed that I could ride by the dealership. (real Professional) I guess we don't mean much since we're there for the free oil change. Oscar could use some customer relations training from the other service writers. More

Had my airbag get replaced for the recall. the front desk service was good and was told it would be 2-3 hours for the change. it took 2 hours exactly which was nice. one issue i had was they br the front desk service was good and was told it would be 2-3 hours for the change. it took 2 hours exactly which was nice. one issue i had was they broke my phone mount that was attached to my dash and didn't say anything about until i entered my car and saw that it was ripped off, would have liked an explanation about this. The install of all items where great. There was a good long wait but I did come when th ed y had a lot going on .. so I expected this. Over all everyone did a good job. Good work. More
Is a free oil change really a perk? Every time I go in for my “free oil change” I have an appointment and I rarely get out of the shop under 2 or more hours. Unacceptable! The problem i had was when we purchased a warranty, which we never do, but since my husband has been sick, he wanted to get it. The guy asked how much We will be driving it in a year and we said 12,000. He put figures in his calculator.and came up with a number then he divided it and SAID it will add about 15.00 more to our payment. We had been there since 3:30 and it was after 9, so we signed and left. After leaving I realized that was wrong that it was not 15 but 30 that was added. The only way it could have been 15 is if he would have divided it by 150 mths. I emailed him and asked if there was mistake and he emailed me and said my husband was the one that came up with 15. That was impossible, we did not have the figures, he was the one using a calculator and I didn't realize I needed to go behind him and check his math. Lessons learned and will never let anyone do the math without me checking it. More

However I need to really highlight my experience working with Reid Millikan. He’s helped me a couple of times but this past Saturday, Reid was my service representative and went above and beyond for me and my car. He was extremely transparent and personable and I felt that he actually took the time working with me and ensuring I had a wonderful experience. Based off all experiences I’ve had with Reid, I know I am in good hands and really appreciate his exceptional customer service. More
