Unhappy customer During my visit I was helped by Dana Hull who is the assistant service manager. She was very dismissive and nonchalant when assisting me. I was displeased with her service and will never ever deal with her upon visiting the dealership again. I had a minor issue with my car and just needed assistance.When I walked in several employees walked passed me including her and then I was finally asked 5 minutes later if I needed help. According to Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough they aim to treat their customers as family and satisfy customer needs however she made me feel like I was being a burden on her since it was the end of the day.Despite this I was helped by Mr. Ali who is obviously committed to the mission and vision of Jim Ellis. He graciously helped me and made my experience much better.Kudos to him! More
Shady business practices! Took my 2001 vehicle there for a Diagnostic. They came back to me with over $4,300.00 in repairs. Took the vehicle to my reliable mechanic who looked at the repair sheet and told me that those so called need to fix items are not true! One of them were my wiper blazes and which I myself knew that it was false. So always get a second opinion! Shame on this Stealership!!!🤦🏽♂️ More

Service for the Camry Reid and the customer service ladies were great. There was a little hiccup in my rental being available when I got there but they were able to get eve Reid and the customer service ladies were great. There was a little hiccup in my rental being available when I got there but they were able to get everything worked out. Got my rental and they took good care of my Camry. My car is was fixed and is great. I love the service dept here and never take my car any where but here. More
Maintenance Experiences This is only the 3rd time I have used the service department and have had a bad experience 2 of the 3 times. My first experience resulted in havi This is only the 3rd time I have used the service department and have had a bad experience 2 of the 3 times. My first experience resulted in having to purchase a new vehicle to waive the work done on my previous Forerunner that should not have been done had better information been provided. Second experience was a simple oil change which went fine. My 3rd experience was also a simple oil change but the technician failed to return the oil cap, left it under the hood and then closed the hood on top of it. Nobody noticed the torqued hood till I arrived. The Asst service manager, Dana, was very nice and apologized. She also took the tech's name to she could provide feedback. If it were not for the lifetime oil changes, I am not sure I would use this service department. More

I thank the technicians for making me wait 3:00 hr just to rotate some tires. I know it's so hard to rotate some tires, my grandmother can do it in a wheelchair in 30 minutes just to rotate some tires.
