Terrible. The service tech ignored me . It took two and a half hours to get an oil change with an appt and when it was over I had to go find my own car and tell them it was ready. The service advisor was great! (Amanda) And after explaining the situation which involved a TSB, she already had it printed out and ready for the maintenance tech. They were not prepared for my service Poor communication between the Service Department and the Sales team meant I had to fight with the service department to get the new key fob programme Poor communication between the Service Department and the Sales team meant I had to fight with the service department to get the new key fob programmed as had been documented as "owed" to me when I bought my car. I had handled the key fob programming as something that was promised to me when I scheduled the service but to no avail: It took 4 hours and was difficult to get it done - I was told by service that they had to reach my sales rep on his cell to get it approved - even though I know it was documented and had been discussed when I scheduled the service. I finally got the fob but only after service telling me that my saying it had been approved was "like you telling me the check is in the mail." No way to treat a customer - this issue should have been handled by service talking to sales before I ever got there for my appointment given that I was very careful to explain that I was coming in to get a fob programmed at no cost to me as promised as a "we owe" to me when I bought the car. . Tire air pressure light on I needed a malfunctioning sensor found and replaced. I made an appointment, and waited 2hrs 45min. The result was I needed 5 sensors replaced - cost I needed a malfunctioning sensor found and replaced. I made an appointment, and waited 2hrs 45min. The result was I needed 5 sensors replaced - cost over $800.00. Plus a new battery, couple of things flushed. Total estimate for repairs. - $2,200.00. So I paid by $146.bill and went home. Accomplished nothing. Oh, my battery did have a bad cell, and my husband replaced it on my 9 year - 2011 RAV4. I’ll be buying a new car within the year, but probably not from your dealership. I have no complaint with Raymond, as he just followed the procedures of the dealership. More
