Complaints with the Mechanics We have 2 vehicles (2006 Tundra and 2003 4-Runner) that we have serviced here. Recently, multiple screws were left off on the under-pinning after We have 2 vehicles (2006 Tundra and 2003 4-Runner) that we have serviced here. Recently, multiple screws were left off on the under-pinning after a routine oil change, causing it to drop down and drag while I was driving on the highway. I had to pull over, crawl under the truck to remove it and I had to spend my time to bring it back and have it put back on. Another time, they put in the wrong differential oil in, causing a grinding noise, causing me to spend more time to bring it back and have it corrected. My confidence in the mechanics here is not good. I want you to understand that these complaints have no reflection on Reid Millikan. He is the ONLY reason we keep coming back to this dealership for service. More
