My wife had an appointment for 8:20 on Thu 27 Feb. The car did not appear on the shop camera displays in the customer waiting area until 9:00. Took my 2020 Rav 4 in to get checked out after having trouble with it not starting. They told me it was busy and would take 2 hours, and it did. Found nothing wrong, said something must have been left on trouble with it not starting. They told me it was busy and would take 2 hours, and it did. Found nothing wrong, said something must have been left on to run the battery down. Thought everything shut off after so many minutes to prevent this from happening. Oh well, if it happens again, it will be going back. Oscar was very nice to work with. More
