Noah to the rescue! Let's face it; no one likes going to the dealership to have their car serviced. The process of being seen and logged into their system, I admit, was fast and precise. However, unfortunately, the representative who entered my information made me feel like another dollar. She assumed the worst with my vehicle and immediately suggested that I spend more money on a more expensive service. I then left the dealership and got a second opinion and learned that what I previously suggested was the actual problem. When I returned to Jim Ellis, I was approached by an associate by the name of Noah. He followed back up on my previous request and informed me that he would take care of everything from there. Noah has excellent customer service and didn't treat me like I was another dollar for Jim Ellis. While waiting in the lounge, I had thought that this would have been my last time with this dealership. When my service was complete, it was Noah who came and informed me that my car was ready to go. Thanks to Noah, Jim Ellis, you still have a customer! More

Last buying experience was horrible, and when I called service today, I sat on hold for 10 minutes, only to be told that no services advisers are available. I understand being busy, but someone should be dedicated to answer telephone questions, because it sends the message that a person is not important unless they are standing in front of the adviser. This place used to be top notch. Now, after several ownership changes, it seems that customer service, especially for repeat buyers, is not important. More

Regular Service Not the best and not the worse service we've rec'd. Better than Nalley Toyota at least. Amanda was really sweet and did the best she could but the overall length of time it took to get the issue resolved was a bit ridiculous I feel. My time is money and that's what hurt the review. I feel I should have been in/out of there in about 15 minutes but it took over an hour. We were there ready to pay and the bill was incorrect and much more than quoted. It took a good while to get it sorted. AND If I had not been diligent and taken pics~ I would have been out the money for the over charge. So....... All in all we will be back as always~ but I think giving the service people a bit of leeway would be great! More

The waiting time is insane! I made an appointment for Friday 6th at 10:20 am, when I got there one of the employees told me that the waiting time for the people with appointments I made an appointment for Friday 6th at 10:20 am, when I got there one of the employees told me that the waiting time for the people with appointments was 1 hr to 1:30 hr which sounds crazy, why even make an appointment if it's going to take that long!? She said that it was a 4 hr wait for those without appointment! Anyway, since I was already there and had nobody to pick me up I stayed in the lounge and waited for my car. It was a 5,000 miles maintenance (just tire rotation, no oil change) and it took them almost 2 hrs! They need to come up with a better scheduling process or at least let the customer now ahead of time how long it's going to take so we can make arrangements and not waste time sitting around. Other than the ridiculous waiting time, all employees were helpful. More

I love Jim Ellis Toyota of Mcdonough!!! Reid is always so friendly & helpful! He has been my #1 service advisor since I was 16 & taking speed bumps too fast in my corolla. Overall experience was great! Only dilemma was that I didn’t have an appointment, and was there 3 hrs for 1 tire swap.
