Amanda was super nice and professional and showed me around since it was my first time there. I needed to work while I was there so she even found me a nice spot to set up my computer. I would recommend when you send out the notice that service is needed that you indicate what service is being referred to. For example we received notice service was needed and when I got there was told it was a tire rotation--wou9ld like to have known that up front. More

The process of being seen and logged into their system, I admit, was fast and precise. However, unfortunately, the representative who entered my information made me feel like another dollar. She assumed the worst with my vehicle and immediately suggested that I spend more money on a more expensive service. I then left the dealership and got a second opinion and learned that what I previously suggested was the actual problem. When I returned to Jim Ellis, I was approached by an associate by the name of Noah. He followed back up on my previous request and informed me that he would take care of everything from there. Noah has excellent customer service and didn't treat me like I was another dollar for Jim Ellis. While waiting in the lounge, I had thought that this would have been my last time with this dealership. When my service was complete, it was Noah who came and informed me that my car was ready to go. Thanks to Noah, Jim Ellis, you still have a customer! More

Last buying experience was horrible, and when I called service today, I sat on hold for 10 minutes, only to be told that no services advisers are available. I understand being busy, but someone should be dedicated to answer telephone questions, because it sends the message that a person is not important unless they are standing in front of the adviser. This place used to be top notch. Now, after several ownership changes, it seems that customer service, especially for repeat buyers, is not important. More

Amanda was really sweet and did the best she could but the overall length of time it took to get the issue resolved was a bit ridiculous I feel. My time is money and that's what hurt the review. I feel I should have been in/out of there in about 15 minutes but it took over an hour. We were there ready to pay and the bill was incorrect and much more than quoted. It took a good while to get it sorted. AND If I had not been diligent and taken pics~ I would have been out the money for the over charge. So....... All in all we will be back as always~ but I think giving the service people a bit of leeway would be great! More
