I was not informed by him when I was informed that my car was ready. He simply demanded that I sign the service order. When I arrived at my home I read and discovered that my car need to have the tires rotated. I texted the Service Advisor why he fail to inform, advise, or recommend that my car needed the tires rotated? I haven’t received a reply yet. More

Service Provider Raymond Toyota McDonough's waiting area is under renovation and the lobby was full. Raymond coordinated Lyft to pick me up and drop me off. He could see I had Toyota McDonough's waiting area is under renovation and the lobby was full. Raymond coordinated Lyft to pick me up and drop me off. He could see I had my laptop and needed to work. When my vehicle was ready for pick up, I got a notification and a call to verify I was ready for a Lyft driver to get me. Upon arrival all of my paperwork was put together and ready for check out. 100% recommend them, especially Raymond. More
