I scheduled my service appointment on line. The process was easy and fast. On the day of my appointment I was greeted immediately upon my arrival. He had me ready for checkout as soon as work on my vehicle was complete. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Seating was arranged in accordance with proper social distancing. More
No follow thru on maintenance requested at appointment I scheduled my service appointment, via phone, on May 20th. The appointment was set on May 22nd at this time I specifically requested that the interio I scheduled my service appointment, via phone, on May 20th. The appointment was set on May 22nd at this time I specifically requested that the interior rear headliner light needed attention since it was not working. Again, when I brought my car in on the 22nd, I restated this request to Megan, the service rep. When the car was serviced, Meagan approached me & informed me it would cost over $200 to replace the light and asked if I wanted them to replace it and if so they would have to order it. When I got home and reviewed the service report, I found they mistakenly looked at the rear 3rd brake light instead of the interior headliner light. Also, at this time I reviewed the rear 3rd brake light and noted it was not working and the (2) screws were missing to the assembly that holds the rear 3rd brake light. I brought the car back in on June 5th and reviewed with Megan my concerns with the service. Soon following she brought out the service person and picked up my keys and they would promptly install the 2 assembly screws. 15 minutes later the service man brought the car out and told me everything was fixed. I asked the rep to open the rear window and to my surprise he did NOT replace the 2 missing screws. He took the car back and said he'd be right back .... an hour later a different service rep returned my car fixed. during this time Meagan did not come out and advise me of the status of my car. I'm not a happy camper. Call me More
