TERRIBLE FROM BEGINNING TO END!!!!! so much to say... As soon as I drove in, I was NOT acknowledged. The person who drove in AFTER me was acknowledged before I was. Then when they finall so much to say... As soon as I drove in, I was NOT acknowledged. The person who drove in AFTER me was acknowledged before I was. Then when they finally got to me, my appointment was lost, I expressed my vehicles' issues and asked if I would get my car washed, and all that would be included in my service, and I was certainly disappointed. Additionally, they told me that the wait time was 2 hours, so I said I would wait and be patient... THREE hours go by, no one comes to update me on the status of my vehicle. People come in AFTER me and LEFT BEFORE ME. The mechanic personally addressed two people regarding their vehicle having issues and not once did the mechanic come address me about my vehicles issues. There was always a middle man that I am sure messed up the message going from one person to another. That is not all, after all the waiting and being ignored, when I get my vehicle back it is not vacuumed or washed which I was told was complimentary. This was my very first time going to get my car serviced on my own since purchasing my vehicle and from accompanying other people when they get their car serviced I know that I was not treated the way I should have been treated. The process of purchasing my vehicle was a dream, but getting my vehicle serviced was a NIGHTMARE!!!! More

I scheduled my service appointment on line. The process was easy and fast. On the day of my appointment I was greeted immediately upon my arrival. No follow thru on maintenance requested at appointment I scheduled my service appointment, via phone, on May 20th. The appointment was set on May 22nd at this time I specifically requested that the interio I scheduled my service appointment, via phone, on May 20th. The appointment was set on May 22nd at this time I specifically requested that the interior rear headliner light needed attention since it was not working. Again, when I brought my car in on the 22nd, I restated this request to Megan, the service rep. When the car was serviced, Meagan approached me & informed me it would cost over $200 to replace the light and asked if I wanted them to replace it and if so they would have to order it. When I got home and reviewed the service report, I found they mistakenly looked at the rear 3rd brake light instead of the interior headliner light. Also, at this time I reviewed the rear 3rd brake light and noted it was not working and the (2) screws were missing to the assembly that holds the rear 3rd brake light. I brought the car back in on June 5th and reviewed with Megan my concerns with the service. Soon following she brought out the service person and picked up my keys and they would promptly install the 2 assembly screws. 15 minutes later the service man brought the car out and told me everything was fixed. I asked the rep to open the rear window and to my surprise he did NOT replace the 2 missing screws. He took the car back and said he'd be right back .... an hour later a different service rep returned my car fixed. during this time Meagan did not come out and advise me of the status of my car. I'm not a happy camper. Call me More
