Christopher Thrasher,was very helpful and professional throughout our both car repairs. My husbands car had wheel bearing, alignment and brake work. My car had brakes, drums, and belt work done. Had an appointment for an oil change . A little over 2 months ago, I took my 2018 Camry into Jim Ellis Toyota to determine the cause of a vibration in the front end. I was told that I had two bent wheels that needed to be replaced at a cost of mo Ellis Toyota to determine the cause of a vibration in the front end. I was told that I had two bent wheels that needed to be replaced at a cost of more than $1500. I got a second opinion from a professional tire and wheels service center. Wheels weren’t bent. All it needed was an alignment. I wrote letters to the dealerships General Manager, Wes Ellis, VP of Jim Ellis Automotive Group and Jimmy Ellis, President of Jim Ellis Automotive Group. To this date I have not received as much as a phone call or apology from anyone within the organization. This should make everyone very concerned about how the leadership of this organization, that has 18 dealerships throughout the Atlanta metro area, cares about their customers.
