The wait for the diagnostic test was too long. We waited 3 hours for 1 diagnostic test and actually was charged $20 more. And was told to come back the next day for 2 more diagnostic tests and would be char 3 hours for 1 diagnostic test and actually was charged $20 more. And was told to come back the next day for 2 more diagnostic tests and would be charged again. Unacceptable so we cancelled for the next day. More

The service here was amazing. I had an appointment to service two airbag recalls and Oscar Johnson’s customer service and efficiency was exceptional! He kept in constant communication about the repairs and the estimated time was spot on. Although I was there briefly I felt as if I was apart of the Jim Ellis family. I feel very confident in their ability to help me in the near future if any problems are to arise with my Toyota. Oscar provided me with their direct teams contact information and assured me that I could call or text any team member if I ran into any issues or concerns. I have been to your dealership three times for the same thing. It’s such an inconvenience for me to come back and forth for the same thing. I just purchased my car and the windshield had to be replaced. I thing. It’s such an inconvenience for me to come back and forth for the same thing. I just purchased my car and the windshield had to be replaced. I now hear wind noises at the speed of 45mph. There was no noise before the windshield was replaced. This is a 2018 Camry LE I am very disappointed with the service I have received so far. I just can’t believe that a 2018 is making this type noises and it can’t be resolved. Unhappy Customer More
