A customer service rep took care of as soon as I pulled in. She took my phone # and told me who would be notifying me when my car was ready. The wait for the diagnostic test was too long. We waited 3 hours for 1 diagnostic test and actually was charged $20 more. And was told to come back the next day for 2 more diagnostic tests and would be char 3 hours for 1 diagnostic test and actually was charged $20 more.
