I like that they aren't as pushy as they were a few years ago. Now they only really do what you tell them to do. I had a coupon and the person checking me in told me to hang onto it. Then when I received my bill the coupon was not included. I had to wait while they refigured the bill. One customer service rep checked me in but another one checked me out and did not relay the coupon to the person taking over my account. The bill was still higher than it should have been by a few dollars but I decided to just pay it and get out of there. Had to go find an employee to move a car so I could get out because they had blocked me. But all in all, they are so much better than they used to be. More

I called about having problems with my car on Friday afternoon as soon as I got on the interstate heading towards FL and ask that someone give me a call because I had just had it serviced and it is 1:50 afternoon as soon as I got on the interstate heading towards FL and ask that someone give me a call because I had just had it serviced and it is 1:50 pm and still no call about my vehicle. I left at least five messages and no one attempted to contact me on Saturday as well. I asked to speak to the s service manager and still no call back. This is very disappointing and a loyal customer should not be treated in this manner. More
