The wait time for an oil try was extremely long. I had a 11:00 appt and it was 3 hours later before complete. Totally unacceptable. Don’t think I will return. What’s the purpose of an appointment? The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is the length of time for my oil change. It took about an hour and a half which is too long.
