I had an appointment at 12 PM. I came on time and ended up to be in Toyota for 3 hours to rotate my tires. People who came after me were served before me and left and I still was there for three hours. Mr. up to be in Toyota for 3 hours to rotate my tires. I saw on display screen many cars were served by many mechanics. How comes people who came after me were served before me? Mr. Raymond told Mr. Oscar to put me at the end of all people who paid for service and who came after me. I had previous issue with Mr. Raymond for not providing the right service for my car. I have a plan, I paid off to Toyota for free tire rotation. And what is a point to make an appointment and to wait for three hours when other people who came after me were served first? In addition, Mr. Oscar told me I have soon to change my car batteries. I had only 15 thousands miles after I changed my car batteries. There is something going wrong in this place. More
My appointment for an oil change was at noon. We were there at 11:45. Took 15 minutes to be checked in for service. At 1:15 I inquired as to why my 4-runner had not even gone backfire the oil change. there at 11:45. Took 15 minutes to be checked in for service. At that time I was told that there were still 3 vehicles in front of mine and those would take at least 45 minutes each. This was totally unexceptionable. They informed me that they had some technicians out. Why would they not call and reschedule? Why would they over book appointments? I do receive free oil changes but this time had to take my SUV some where else to get the oil changed and pay for this! More
Recommendation for this answer is with service improvements. We realize everyone is in need of employees but our appointment time started off late about 15 minutes.
