My customer service rep, Cecilia, was amazing as were the people I came into contact with when I was there. Every other part of my experience, beginning with the phone call to schedule my appointment was te people I came into contact with when I was there. Every other part of my experience, beginning with the phone call to schedule my appointment was terrible and the reason I will only go to Jim Ellis as a last resort. My call to schedule my appointment for a slow leak in my tire which was under warranty consisted of me being on hold for a total of 26 minutes. When I finally got someone to schedule my appointment, she said the earliest i could get in was 10 days later. She was unable to help me figure out if I was still under warranty or if the tire I needed would be in stock. I called the next day to see if I could talk to a customer service rep to discuss my options. The receptionist said she was the only person working and she would take a message for the customer service manager to call me back. I never received that call. I arrrived on time for my appointment after driving 9 days on a leaking tire. I checked in at 10:30. By around 1 I noticed that everyone before and after me had come and gone. I spoke with a different service rep and he advised me that they had not started working on my car and he didn’t know why. I asked to speak to a manager at this point. He told me he would let Raymond Persuade know as he was the acting manager. Raymond was there talking to another service rep, but never attempted to speak with me. By 2 they finally started work on my car only to realize that the tire was not in stock even though 4 showed available. Cecilia was great and unfortunately suffered the brunt from my frustration. She was honest with me and did everything in her power to help fix an already terrible situation. She was able to get a loaner vehicle for me so I could leave and come back when the work was complete. Based on my experience with Cecilia, I would give a 5 star rating. Everything else was just the absolute worst though. More
