Extremely long wait. Workers were nice but wait time was far too long. I also don’t like the fact that I can’t take my car to a closer Toyota dealership to get my lifetime free oil changes. I had an appointment at 9:00am for my 35,000 mile I had an appointment at 9:00am for my 35,000 mile service and when I got there I was told that all they would be doing is a tire rotation and I wo I had an appointment at 9:00am for my 35,000 mile service and when I got there I was told that all they would be doing is a tire rotation and I would be out of there by 10:30am. At 11:15am I had a call so I walked outside to take my call and noticed that my truck hadn’t moved since I walked in. I asked if they had a chance to start on my truck and was told that I have a couple more vehicles in front of mine. I didn’t have all day as this was my only day off and had other things to tend to so I asked them to please pull my truck back around and I would have to come back. They gave me my keys and said it was parked in the back. I go and get my truck and took all of the protective covers that were covering the interior and left after waiting over two hours for a tire rotation that never got done. Jim Ellis Toyota is a good dealer and I’m sure they are short staffed. Next time I will arrange someone to pick me up and leave my truck there. I’m wondering if you would get better service if you didn’t make an appointment and just showed up when they open. I have had extremely long wait times every time that I make an appointment. More
