I came to have a oil change! Was given a 10:00 appointment! Got there at 10:00, no one came to my car until I got out! Then I waited until 12:00 to see were they working on my car, but I was told appointment! Got there at 10:00, no one came to my car until I got out! Then I waited until 12:00 to see were they working on my car, but I was told I had 3 people ahead of me! It wasn’t until 2:00 before someone came to get me & said it was ready! I am so glad I didn’t have nothing more done, if a oil change that takes 30 minutes turned into 4 hours! That was horrible! I had no breakfast & lunch & my sugar level was dropping! More
Brought car in for oil change and nail in tire. Though the nail in the tire was diagnosed there, tech did not patch it. Allowed me to drive off the lot with a steady leak in the tire.
