The service department needs some serious help! 2nd time in a row! I made an appt for noon, arrived at 11:55, for an oil change, left at 2:40 after I raised cane about the wait. There is no way that it should take almost 3 hours to do an oil change, especially if you have an appt. Reid checked me in and was super nice, he is always seen hustling around the service dept and getting the customers checked in. I don't know if you are short of service technicians or what the deal is but maybe you need to hire more or spread the appointments out so that they are manageable. To top off the long wait, when I left I noticed that my drivers front light had been scuffed with white paint and a scratch underneath it. I called Reid back and he told me that he would check into it but to bring it back on Friday when the paint guy is in. More

I purchased my Tundra new from this dealership in 2017 & this dealership is the only 1 to do all services and/ or repairs to it. I've noticed the last few services have taken longer and longer than pervious this dealership is the only 1 to do all services and/ or repairs to it. I've noticed the last few services have taken longer and longer than pervious 1's. This last service is the longest ever by far!!! I arrived about 12:50 with an appointment of 1:00 far 55,000 mile service (oil change, multi point inspection & tire rotation). They were done & I left at 7:10, about 6 and a 1/2 hours later? Why, I don't know???? More
James was so great from the start! He asked which vehicle showed up first, after waiting 20 minutes before anyone greeted me.
